Centering the child in every decision
At Crux Advocacy, I believe every child deserves an education that reflects their unique strengths and challenges. I help families and schools bridge the gap between what a child truly needs and what is currently being provided—with clarity, compassion, and collaboration.
Experienced School Psychologist & District Administrator
Specializes in identifying the most critical needs.
With experience as both a school psychologist and district administrator, I specialize in identifying the most critical needs and creating interventions that are realistic, sustainable, and effective. I work with families at the level they need—from behind-the-scenes coaching to full support in meetings—always keeping the child at the center of the process.
I also partner with schools and districts to strengthen their systems of support. My focus is on addressing root causes, not just symptoms—whether that means refining MTSS frameworks, aligning special education and general education practices, or training staff to better understand and respond to student needs. When educators and families share a clear understanding of a child’s needs, they become true partners in finding meaningful solutions.
As someone with family experiences navigating mental health, autism, and learning disabilities, I bring both professional expertise and personal empathy. My goal is always to get to the heart of the matter—focusing on what truly matters so every student can thrive.
